A tour of flavors touching on those regions that have always represented the most sought-after summer destinations in the country, famous as much for their natural and artistic beauty as for the goodness of their cuisine. This is the extra proposal, for the summer, signedAlmato, the young Capitoline venue located in the Prati district (via Augusto Riboty, 20C). A mini tour of taste on a weekly basis - every Tuesday for dinner - which will have, on July 14th, as its first and delicious stop theSicily. But the subsequent appointments with the culinary traditions of will certainly be no exceptionCampania, Puglia and Liguria.
To the talentedchef Tommaso Venuti– who boasts, among others, spent time in the kitchens ofHeinz Beck and Antonino Cannavacciuolo– will have the task of reinterpreting some of the masterpieces in your own waySicilian cuisinelike thePastawith Sardines, the legendary Cannolo, Luciana-style Octopus, Nerano-style broken Ziti,Ricewith Mussels, Corsetti with Pesto withpotatoes and Green beansand Cappon Magro. Obviously there will be the opportunity to try interesting food-wine pairings proposed by the restaurantsommelier Riccardo Robbio, young but already established in the art of restaurant hospitality.
Each menu, consisting of four courses, will cost €35 (drinks not included); €50 by opting for thewine pairingwith labels selected precisely byRobbio. But customers will be able to opt for their own pairing path, choosing from the labels on the restaurant's wine list.

Every other day, exclusively for dinner, there will be our no less tasty summer menu. Obviously we would like to highlight that since we reopened the doors ofAlmato, we always operate in full compliance with current regulations, paying the utmost care and attention during every phase of work".
