Ingredients
- 300 g of chicory (dandelion)
- 2 small potatoes
- 1 small onion
- 4 eggs free-range sodas
- pinch Salt
- pinch pepper
- 2 spoons Vinegar of apple
- 2 spoons Olive Oil extra virgin
instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and cut them into thin slices while still hot.
- Wash the mountain chicory carefully, dry it and cut it.
- Peel the onion and cut it finely.
- Mix all the ingredients well, season them with salt and pepper and marinate them in the vinegar and oil.
- Shell the hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half and serve with the dandelion salad.
