Ingredients
- 6 no eggs
- 200 gr sugar
- 1 no Lemon grated zest
- 200 gr Flour
- to taste Powdered sugar for dusting
instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and lemon zest until the mixture becomes frothy.
- Add the sifted flour and mix gently until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- With the help of a spoon, distribute small quantities of dough on the baking tray, leaving space between one puff and another as they will rise slightly during cooking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the suspiros are golden.
- Once cooked, let them cool and dust them with icing sugar before serving.
- The Suspiros de Moya are ready to be enjoyed.
