- 250 gr Flour
- 150 gr Sugar

- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

- 240 ml Milk
- 2 teaspoons Coffee espresso
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk with the coffee until fully dissolved.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a homogeneous batter forms.
- Prepare a muffin tin with paper liners and fill them two-thirds with the batter.
- Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes or until golden and well cooked.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool completely before serving.
