Piazza Grande, Via Emilia Centro e Corso Duomo of Modena will be the protagonists of the sweetest event of the year, Sciocola’ – Chocolate Festival, loved by both adults and children, a major festival attracting all fans of Artisan Chocolate who will be able to taste, purchase, and discover chocolate in all its shades, thanks to the skills of master chocolatiers who will guide visitors on a journey between tradition and innovation.
A rich schedule of free events will enliven the Estense capital: competitions, showcookings, tastings, gastronomic-cultural meetings, workshops for children, and itinerant shows involving all visitors, not to mention the many initiatives featuring the public of the event, a sensory journey where it will be possible to learn about the world of chocolate, from classics to cremini, from truffles to macarons, from dragées to liqueur to cuneesi to rum, and the unmissable flavored bars, chocolate fountains and spreadable creams. The major events for which the festival is now nationally known will not be missing, such as the giant chocolate sculptures and the Chocolate Factory where one can watch the processing phases that lead to the creation of the Nectar of the Gods; the award ceremonies are also confirmed: this year too the Sciocola’ d’Oro will be awarded, the recognition given to a personality from the world of entertainment, culture, and sport who has contributed through their work to promoting the city’s image nationally and internationally.
If the anticipation of pleasure is pleasure in itself, there is nothing left but to start enjoying the wait by savoring the atmospheres that will accompany one of Italy’s most delicious festivals.
