The fresh fish restaurant in Rome, Matermatuta, well known to both locals and tourists, reopens in its prestigious new location at via Nazionale 82, on the sixth floor of one of the AG Hotels in Rome, The Glam Hotel, opposite the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, on the Terrazza Monti, with a panoramic view.
The venue is famous for being one of the places where you can eat the best fish in Italy. Its tasting menus, gourmet level but accessible to everyone, are famous among all enthusiasts. Menus obviously focused on fish but not only that, with delicious finger food crafted by the skilled chef Valentina Antonini.
The owner Stefano Podera states: «Our watchword is to start again. After a great summer at the old location, now we commit ourselves to this formal leap in quality, landing in one of the most beautiful locations in Rome. Certainly a milestone but above all a motivation to always give our best and look to the future with the right planning».
