Dolomites Skydinner
Dolomites Skydinner, an exciting event for refined palates under the stars of Val Gardena, will take place on July 10th.
Now in its 12th edition, the successful format remains unchanged: elegant tables are set in the cabins of the Mont Sëuc / Alpe di Siusi cable car, each seating 6 people, where a six-course menu will be served, created by the chefs of ADLER SPA RESORTS & LODGES, ACADIA ADULTS MOUNTAIN HOME, Mont Sëuc Dolomites, Mont Chalet, and SUINSOM – Hotel Tyrol.
Every dish will be paired with fine wines, in an event where a form of informal elegance guarantees strong emotions. To top off the evening, there will be a splendid panorama of the UNESCO Dolomites and musical entertainment during the aperitif in the valley, as well as a grand finale with dessert served at the mountain-top restaurant of the cable car.
“Sëira dl vin”
This is in fact a wine tasting event—offered along a red carpet, in the pedestrian area “Bën unì” in S. Cristina—where 20 renowned wineries from Alto Adige will present their finest bottles. The event is scheduled for July 12th at 7:30 pm and will also feature a variety of traditional culinary specialties, along with live music by the bands “Take Off” and “Demetz Duo”.
DolomiteSushi
With DolomiteSushi, Japan meets the Dolomites. Where? In the old Val Gardena train tunnel, in Santa Cristina, on August 2nd, when unique creations inspired by the Far East will be offered. In addition to original Japanese sushi, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, very special dishes made with local products will be served.
Show Cooking Tourist Association of Ortisei
Finally, on July 15th, starting at 5:00 pm, here is Alto Adige at the table – event of Show Cooking promoted by the Tourist Association of Ortisei, in collaboration with Ristorante Vives. A culinary event in the small Piazza S. Antonio, where Chef Simone Rondini will prepare three courses on a set theme. These delicacies can be tasted for free by the public.
