Florence is preparing to become the Italian capital of artisanal chocolate with CiokoFlò, the festival that will take place from April 10 to 13, 2025 in the splendid setting of Piazza Santa Croce. The event, born from the collaboration between SGP Grandi Eventi and JDEvents with the patronage of the Municipality of Florence, celebrates the centuries-old bond between the city and chocolate, a story that began in the distant 17th century thanks to the Florentine explorer Francesco Carletti.

CiokoFlò will not only be a trade fair, but a true sensory journey into the world of artisanal chocolate. Visitors will be able to taste creations by master chocolatiers from Italy, discover the excellences of the Florentine and Tuscan territory, participate in educational workshops, and attend themed artistic installations.

Among the main attractions are the large chocolate constructions made by master chocolatiers, which will pay tribute to the city and to chocolate itself. A 3D photo corner will also be set up where visitors can take photos and selfies to share on social media.

CiokoFlò represents a unique opportunity to celebrate chocolate in all its forms, from tradition to innovation, and to discover the deep connection this food has to Florence’s history and culture. A not-to-be-missed event for all chocolate lovers and those who want to experience an unforgettable journey in the heart of one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
