A Milan, area Navigli Porta Genova, the Acquada Restaurant by Sara Preceruti opens its doors. This is the Milan branch of the Acquada Restaurant, (in dialect “acquazzone”), opened in 2016 on Lake Lugano in Porlezza, featuring a kitchen rich in modern and creative proposals.

On the menu is a continuous play between sweet and savory, soft and crunchy, hot and cold, without forgetting traditional dishes, unusual dishes such as “Tortellini stuffed with Pico de Chevre, balsamic vinegar pearls, celeriac, foal tartare, and apple broth” and its timeless signature dish “The Gianduia wears Red”.

The Chef: Sara Preceruti
Sara Preceruti, talented chef born in 1983, achieved her first Michelin Star at Locanda del Notaio, thanks to a cuisine that highlights simple ingredients and interesting combinations, especially between sweet and savory. In 2013 she won the award Best Female Chef of the Guida Identità Golose solidifying the Michelin Star.
In 2015, she was among the twelve young chefs selected by Carlo Cracco featured in events at the former convent of Annunciata in Abbiategrasso in collaboration with the Embassy of Taste.
