Pizza & Pasta Tourwill be the most delicious Tour in the world with plenty of pasta dishes and pizzas for everyone; from the Marche to Santiago de Chile, passing through Russia.
From March until the end of the year, thePizza & Pasta Tour will take place; a tour with Master Pizza Makers and quality Chefs that will stop at the best pizzerias in Italy and then continue through Europe, Asia, and culminate in Latin America.
An initiative by Nicola Convertino Management who conceived and registered the format, involving the best Italian chefs and pizza makers on the peninsula.
The format is based on the “All you can eat” formula—in other words, eat until you burst! Of course, everything is absolutely “Made in Italy”, both pizza and pasta.
Many types of pasta and varieties of pizza, both Neapolitan and Roman style; from Puccia from Puglia, to the classic Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust, to the Roman pinsa.
As for pasta, the tables of the guests will be filled with colors and flavors that are typically Italian; from amatriciana, to carbonara, to Vincisgrassi from Marche and then on to the most creative and gourmet dishes like Ravioli Skewers, Gratinated Crepe Spirals, Spaghetti with Grape Pomace, Spaghetti with Broccoli Rabe e Lupini beans and many other creative dishes in the best Italian culinary tradition.
Every stop will be recorded and then broadcast on a worldwide TV channel and, with a delay, on many private regional channels in Italy and abroad. So it will also be a TV format following the tour from start to finish, with an explosive New Year’s surprise.
