“Cheese & Smiles”, an event designed to enhance Italian dairy products and all milk derivatives, returns to Cremona from March 25th to 27th, 2022 with exciting new features.
It will be an unmissable event for enthusiasts and industry professionals to taste, purchase, and learn more about one of the most appreciated and imitated Made in Italy products in the world. A rich schedule of events dedicated to a broad audience of all ages, with entertainment shows and performances, showcooking, experiential workshops and contests, cheese sculptures, alongside informative and cultural moments including exhibitions, tourist itineraries, round tables, conferences, demonstrations of cheese-making art methods, and educational activities for both adults and children. But that’s not all; there will be plenty of guided tastings, not only of cheeses, but also of products for special pairings such as preserves, jams, mostardas, vinegars, and honeys, as well as all the gourmet delicacies that enhance the combination with cheese. The traditional event, the Cheese Oscar will also take place, awarded to a well-known figure who has distinguished themselves in their field and contributed to promoting the image of cheese at both national and international levels or who has a recognized passion for this product.
