Golosaria in Milan from November 6 to 8

From November 6th to 8th, the Italian food and wine fair returns to MiCo – Milan Convention Centre with the best producers and a schedule of in-person events.

Golosaria is preparing to return to Milan in contact with the public and industry professionals with an event renewed in content but not in form, which for the sixteenth year will promote the meeting between food & wine lovers and operators in the agri-food sector.

The appointment is from Saturday, November 6 to Monday, November 8, 2021, in the pavilions of the MiCo – Milan Convention Centre, with a lineup of taste artisans from all over Italy accompanied, as traditional, by the best wineries of the Italian wine scene.

Ambassadors of taste who will meet by opening a window on the theme of “Colleganza”, the key word of the fair and expression of a new ideal of alliance between local realities, producers, and shops, city stores and country shops united to pursue a project for the common good. An ideal born from the difficulties of recent months, but which in the perspective of restart takes on added value, as a driving force for truly sustainable experiences with positive impacts on entire communities. For this reason Golosaria will be titled “The Taste of Colleganza” with the highlight of many virtuous case histories that will speak of a new economy.

At Golosaria, the space dedicated to wine will be renewed with even greater attention, which this year can count on a special focus dedicated to the 20 years of the Top Hundred, the award to the best wines of Italy which has never awarded the wineries of previous years and which has brought many new and unknown producers to the Milan market, triggering a real process of distinction. A celebration that will be marked by the debut of “The Emotion of Wine”, a volume authored by Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti, while in the wine area the Enoteca di Golosaria will promote knowledge of some unmissable wines.

But beyond the physical spaces, which will frame a rich schedule of meetings, debates, show cooking, and wine tasting, Golosaria, leveraging a completely renewed portal, will continue to develop the digital channel as an opportunity for discussion, dialogue, and business opportunities for companies.
