The Easter Sweet of Palazzo di Varignana
Tasty yet light reinterpretation of the classic Colomba, it is handcrafted with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Stiffonteof Palazzo di Varignana.
Awarded by major industry guides, it is a fragrant and aromatic oil obtained from a selection of olives harvested in early October. An excellent product that makes this cake even softer than the traditional Colomba. The candied orange and candied citron paste contribute to giving it a unique taste.
