Are you looking for a crunchy snack, easy to prepare and with an extra touch? The sweets ofriceBrowded to full butter are the ideal response. They prepare in less than15 minutes, do not requirebakingAnd they combine the simplicity of cereals with the rich and fragrant taste of hazelnut butter. This delicious variant of the classic Rice Treats is perfect for adults and children, to be enjoyed a snack, to be brought to the office or serve in a sweet buffet.

The rice sweets blown with whole butter are a perfect example of how a small trick is enough, such as the roasting of butter, to transform a simple preparation into something unique. The hazelnut butter, obtained leaving the butter slowly cook to brown and perfume of toasted, gives these sweets a more intense, enveloping and refined flavor, without the need for artificial aromas or elaborate ingredients.

This makes them ideal even for those who have little time but do not want to give up something home, genuine and with an extra touch. They are perfect to prepare with children, to take to school or to offer unexpected guests with a cup of tea or coffee.

In addition, this is an easily adaptable recipe: you can use whole grains, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of chocolate to vary. The shape can also change: bars, squares, funny molds or single portions, to make every occasion special. In an era in which everything seems complicated, this dessert reminds us that sometimes simplicity is the true secret of goodness.

Why are these sweets so irresistible?

They are easy to prepare, do not require oven and can be kept for several days in an airtight container. They are perfect as homemade snacks for the whole family, also ideal for buffet, feastsor to be brought out outside the home.

Creative variants to try

  1. With chocolate chips
Add a few tablespoons of chocolate chips (dark or milk) to the mixture when it is still warm, mixing quickly. The drops will melt slightly, giving an extra greedy note.
  2. With peanut butter
Mix a couple of tablespoons of creamy peanut butter with marshmallow fusi before combining cereals. You will get a more decisive flavor, ideal for those who love American snacks.
  3. With fruitdry or dehydrated
You can enrich the sweets with pieces of dry apricots, raisins or blueberries (or almonds, hazelnuts, minced walnuts) to add crunchiness and contrast.
  4. With scented spices
A sprinkling of cinnamon or a pinch of nutmeg will give an aromatic touch, perfect especially in the cold months or for an immediate comfort effect.
  5. Vegan or light version
You can replace traditional marshmallow with vegetable ones (without animal gelatin) and use vegetable margarine or coconut butter as an alternative to classic butter. For a lighter touch, try to replace a part of the Marshmallow with rice or honey syrup.

Queste varianti rendono i dolcetti ancora più versatili, perfetti da personalizzare in base all’occasione (merenda, festa, pausa in ufficio) o a ciò che hai in dispensa.

Frequently asked questions about full butter puffed rice cakes

How long are the blown rice cakes keep?

Can I prepare them in advance?

Is it possible to replace the butter with a vegetable alternative?

Certo. Puoi usare burro vegetale o margarina senza grassi idrogenati.

Can they freeze?

Meglio prepararli freschi in pochi minuti.
