A very original cocktail made by Emanuele Balestra, head bartender at the luxurious Barrière hotels in Cannes and the Barrière hotel in Courchevel: Chamomile Americano.

Attrezzature

Ingredients

  • Campari
  • Red Vermouth
  • Dried flowers of noble Roman chamomile
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Place 10 to 12 chamomile flowers into a 70cl bottle of Campari.
  • Wait 4 days.
  • Pour directly into an old fashioned glass, 4cl of chamomile-infused Campari, 4cl of red vermouth.
  • Add 4 cl of cold sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a lemon zest, fragranting the rim of the glass.
