Ingredients
- 250 gr Chocolate dark
- 176 gr Butter
- 80 gr Sugar
- 5 nr Eggs
- 75 gr Type 0 flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 210°C and butter a baking dish.
- Melt the chopped chocolate combined with butter using a microwave or double boiler, then mix the two together.
- Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy and doubled in volume, then add the flour and the chocolate-butter mixture.
- Pour the entire mixture into the previously buttered baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cool, then cut into squares inside the dish so that it doesn’t lose its shape.

Notes
This dessert is particularly fudgy inside. If you prefer, you can bake it for another 6-8 minutes or let it cool for 24 hours. The next day, the texture will be similar to chocolate caramel.
