From the creativity of the master gelato makers of Peck comes the new flavor for summer 2021: “Walnut and salted caramel with chocolate praline walnuts”. A bold and lasting base of sweet walnut ice cream is enriched with a salted caramel cream that gives just the right touch of saltiness. Added to this are the walnuts, first caramelized and then coated in fine dark chocolate. A symphony of flavors to be enjoyed in purity or with Peck’s famous creams.
For an even more intriguing combination, we suggest the pairing with the 10-year-old Graham’s Tawny Port available at Peck’s wine shop on via Spadari and CityLife.
