Here come the Fudnew sandwiches and new 100% plant-based dishes, many delicious options designed for those who care about animal welfare and environmental sustainability but tempting for everyone. Light and tasty, they are perfect for summer, created in collaboration with Planted, a Swiss start-up that produces delicious plant-based meat alternatives using natural raw materials of European origin such as legumes, vegetables, and peas.

A true Tasty Revolution.Fud Bottega Sicula has launched a complete and tempting menu that satisfies vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, but also all those who desire a healthier and more sustainable diet without giving up taste.

Thus the legendary Vegan Che Bab becomes a crispy wheat pita stuffed with plant-based kebab, mixed salad, tomato, red onion, vegan tartar sauce, FUD spicy pesto; completely new is the Pulled Planted, plant-based shreds made from legumes with red cabbage, iceberg lettuce, green apple, vegan tartar sauce, Barbechiù sauce, enclosed in a soft artisanal seeded bread. Also brand new is the Veggi Burrito with bites of legumes and vegetables served with Golden Cis, yogurt sauce, peppers, Mecsican FUD sauce, FUD spicy pesto, mixed salad, tomato, onion, in a wheat pita wrapped in a soft pita.

There are also plate specials such as the Big Vegan Babe and the Big Planted.Also delicious are the salads, including the Marrachesc with vegan pea-based kebab, iceberg lettuce, cashews, Sicilian avocado, zucchini with mint and Nubia red garlic, vegan tartar sauce, extra virgin olive oil. These and many other veggie and vegan options are already available in Catania, Palermo, and Milan.

A Swiss start-up active since 2019, producing delicious plant-based meat alternatives: few ingredients, 100% natural and a science-driven approach. High-quality raw materials from European cultivations: legumes, spices, and marinades without any artificial additives and no soy. A very small number of high-quality ingredients, rich in fiber and amino acids for an increasingly healthy diet: pea proteins and fibers, water, rapeseed oil, and vitamin B12, supplemented with natural marinades and spices.
