The concept is that of agourmet osteria with an open kitchen, where every preparation is crafted by hand, following theseasonality of the ingredients. Here, the traditional recipes of Lecce and its surroundings—the ones that make you feel like you’re at your grandmother’s house—are revisited with the sole purpose of naturally enhancing the authentic flavors of the past.
A culinary offering that showcases the best the past has to offer, but with a modern approach, thanks to the expertise of theExecutive Chef Gabriele Piga, a refined connoisseur of the finest products that Italy has to offer. His creations are true symphonies of flavor (which, not by chance, he enjoys crafting while listening to Mozart’s compositions), where top-quality and carefully selected ingredients meet cutting-edge cooking and marinating techniques, ensuring—even in a restaurant setting—that authentic, home-style taste reminiscent of our ancestors is faithfully preserved.
The aim is to rediscover in the restaurant that human connection and spirit of hospitality typical of past generations, recreating an experience that evokes, through lights, scents, flavors, and service, the unique atmosphere of the Dolce Vita and the era of the Italian economic boom, just as found in so many of Fellini’s masterpieces.
The wine cellar, curated by theHead Sommelier, is in line with this concept and offers a selection made primarily of excellent Italian wines. Not only the great classics that have made Italian wine famous worldwide, but also an incredible selection of niche products, including limited editions from important wineries and wines from small producers.
