Ingredients

  • 500 gr. Farina
  • 130 gr. Zucchero
  • 15 gr. Lievito Di Birra
  • 100 gr. Burro
  • 30 gr. Pinoli
  • 30 gr. Pistacchi Tritati
  • 30 gr. Uvetta Sultanina
  • 20 gr. Zucca Candita
  • 1 cucchiaino Semi Di Finocchio
  • 1 cucchiaio Acqua Di Fiori D'arancio
  • 1/4 bicchiere Vino Bianco Secco
  • 1/4 bicchiere Vino Marsala Secco
  • 1 pizzico. Sale

Instructions

  • Impastate la farina con il lievito sciolto in poca acqua tiepida, aggiungendone altra fino a ottenere una pasta consistente.
  • Copritela e fatela lievitare per un'ora circa, finché ha raddoppiato il volume.
  • Disponete a fontana la farina rimasta, versatevi al centro il burro fuso, il vino, il Marsala, l'acqua di fiori d'arancio, lo zucchero e un pizzico di sale, aggiungendo se è necessario altra acqua tiepida.
  • Ottenuto un panetto consistente amalgamatelo a quello lievitato e lavorate il tutto per almeno un quarto d'ora.
  • A questo punto allargate la pasta, distribuitevi sopra i pinoli, i pistacchi, l'uvetta ammollata, strizzata e asciugata, i canditi e i semi di finocchio.
  • Lavorate ancora qualche minuto la pasta, datele la forma di una pagnotta e sistematela sulla placca ricoperta con carta da forno.
  • Lasciate lievitare la pasta coperta e in un luogo tiepido per qualche ora, finché ha di nuovo raddoppiato il volume.
  • Incidete la superficie del pandolce con un taglio a croce e cuocetelo per un'oretta nel forno caldo a 180 gradi.
