- 400 gr. Cimette Di Broccoli
- 320 gr. Riso
- 6 nr. Filetti D'acciughe
- 1 spicchio Aglio
- 1 nr. Peperoncino
- 4 cucchiaio Salsa Di Pomodoro
- q.b. Burro
- q.b. Sale
- q.b. Formaggio Pecorino grattugiato
Instructions
- Lavare i broccoli e scottarli in acqua salata in ebollizione.
- Scolarli tenendo da parte l'acqua di cottura.
- Fondere il burro in un tegame e farvi sciogliere le acciughe poi unire l'aglio affettato, il peperoncino a pezzetti, la salsa e il riso.
- Far insaporire mescolando.
- Bagnare con un mestolo di acqua dei broccoli e cuocere per 10 minuti.
- Aggiungere altra acqua e dopo 10 minuti i broccoli.
- Cuocere il riso e condire col pecorino.
