Ingredients

  • 200 gr Kale washed and cut into strips
  • 400 gr Chickpeas cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 150 gr Cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 no lemon squeezed
  • 3 spoons Olive oil
  • 3 spoons Tahini
  • 1 spoon Maple syrup optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Sesame seeds for garnish, optional

  • Preheat the oven at 200 ° C. Distribute the chickpeas on a pan and season with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they become crunchy.
