- 200 gr Sugar
- 1 nr Lemon grated zest
- 200 gr Flour
- qb Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and lemon zest until foamy.
- Add sifted flour and gently mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, distribute small portions of batter onto the baking sheet, leaving space between them as they will expand slightly during baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Once baked, let them cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
- The Suspiros de Moya are ready to enjoy.
