Ingredients
- 400 gr Broccoli only the florets
- 10 nr Walnuts (halves)
- 2 nr Herring smoked
- 2 dl Milk
- 3 cucchiai Olive Oil extra virgin
- qb Salt
- qb Pepper
Instructions
- Soak the herring in milk for about 10 hours.

- Then, bake them in the oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees), after draining and placing them on a baking sheet.
- Clean the broccoli florets and boil them for about 8 minutes.

- In a saucepan, add some oil and heat together the herring, broccoli, and chopped walnuts.

- Season everything with salt and pepper to taste and cook over high heat for a few minutes. Serve.

Notes
If the herring contains eggs (referred to as milk), extract them and first season them in a saucepan, then combine with the preparation.
