Ingredients

  • 400 gr Broccoli only the florets
  • 10 nr Walnuts (halves)
  • 2 nr Herring smoked
  • 2 dl Milk
  • 3 cucchiai Olive Oil extra virgin
  • qb Salt
  • qb Pepper

Instructions

  • Soak the herring in milk for about 10 hours.

  • Then, bake them in the oven for 10 minutes (180 degrees), after draining and placing them on a baking sheet.
  • Clean the broccoli florets and boil them for about 8 minutes.
