Prato biscuits or cantucci are delicious sweets perfect to eat right after dinner or a meal. Paired with Vin Santo, they honor the Tuscan tradition even more.

Ingredients
- 1 Kg. 00 flour
- 800 gr. granulated sugar
- 6 nr. eggs
- 6 tuorli egg yolks
- 600 gr. almonds
- 100 gr. pine nuts
Instructions
- Mix sugar with eggs.
- Add almonds and finally the flour.
- Form 250-gram logs.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake at 200° for 20 minutes.
- Slice crosswise.
