The Stevia is a natural zero-calorie sweetener derived from the stevia leaf. Safe for diabetics and people on low-carb diets because it does not raise blood sugar levels.

The taste of stevia is up to 300 times sweeter than sugar. Those who dislike the taste of stevia find it more pleasant when combined with another sweetener (xylitol, monk fruit, honey).

It is said that stevia makes you eat more because it triggers your brain to ignite hunger. Truth: artificial sweeteners do this, but human studies show that low doses of stevia do not cause overeating.
