- 250 gr Type 0 flour
- 2 no eggs
- 1 wot Butter
- 1/2 spoon sugar
- 1 spoon White wine
- 1 pinch Salt
- Sunflower Seed Oil for frying or lard
- Powdered sugar For desserts
instructions
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Arrange the flour in the fountain and to the center put the other ingredients: the butter, the whole eggs, the white wine and the sugar.
- Beat the ingredients and, when the dough has been a little firmed, work it with your hands by kneading for about ten minutes, until it is soft.
- Collect it in the ball, put it in a floured bowl, cover with a canvas folded in four and let it rest for an hour.
- After this time, after slightly flouring the work surface, divide the ball into two pieces and spread it, with a rolling pin, to a thickness of two or three mm.
- With the chopped wheel, make a couple of cm wide strips that you can tie softly in the center.
- Fill the pan with the oil in half and when it is hot, fry two or three pancakes at a time letting them brown two minutes per side.
- Drain them, pass them on a double sheet of absorbent paper and, when they are all ready and cool, sprinkle them abundantly with icing sugar.
