  • Chopping board
  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowls o servire
  • Mandolin pelapatate a lama larga (opzionale)
  • Table spoon
  • Grater (per eventuali scaglie di formaggio)

Ingredients

  • 200 gr Asiago cheese
  • 300 gr Pear
  • 200 gr Zucchini
  • 10 gr Parsley
  • to taste juice Lemon
  • 2 spoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste pepper

instructions

  • Clean the parsley. Wash it, dry it and finely tria it.
  • Remove the crust from cheese and cut it like sticks.
  • Peel the pears. Then, wash and clean the courgettes and finely do them over.
  • Collect them in a bowl and add the cheese.
  • In a container, add the lemon to the grip of salt and pepper.
  • Add oil and parsley and emulsify with a whisk.
  • Season the salad with the sauce obtained. Mix it and serve.
