Instructions

  • Pulire i funghi eliminando la parte terrosa dei gambi e affettarli sottili con un affettatartufi.
  • Disporli in una insalatiera, aggiungere l'aglio tritato finemente, il rosmarino, olio e lasciar marinare per 30 minuti.
  • Lavare le insalate, asciugarle, spezzettarle e porle in un'altra insalatiera.
