Ingredients
- 6 nr Eggs
- 1 nr Onion
- 150 gr Bell Peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- qb Olive Oil
- qb Salt
Instructions
- Heat a few tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add the onion rings and cook until translucent.

- Add the peppers, salt and cook until done.

- Beat the eggs with two tablespoons of milk and a little salt.
- Pour the mixture over the peppers, and when set, flip the frittata.
- Cook the other side and serve.
