Ingredients
- 200 gr Asiago Cheese
- 300 gr Pears
- 200 gr Zucchini
- 10 gr Parsley
- qb juice Lemon
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
- qb Salt
- qb Pepper
Instructions
- Chop the parsley. Wash, dry, and finely chop.
- Remove the rind from the cheese and cut it into sticks.
- Peel the pears. Then, wash and prepare the zucchinis and cut them into matchstick strips.
- Place them in a bowl and add the cheese.
- In a container, combine lemon juice with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and parsley, then emulsify with a whisk.
- Dress the salad with the resulting sauce. Mix and serve.
