Ingredients

  • 200 gr Flour
  • 1 cucchiaio Sugar
  • 2 cucchiaini Baking powder
  • 1/2 cucchiaini Salt
  • 200 gr Grated cheese
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 120 gr Yogurt
  • 1 nr Egg beaten
  • 60 gr Butter melted
  • qb Black pepper
  • qb Paprika and grated cheese to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C. Butter and flour a muffin tin or line it with paper cups.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • Mix in the cheese and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, combine yogurt with milk, egg, and melted butter.
  • Add the liquid to the flour mixture.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Sprinkle the top with paprika and grated cheese.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
