- 2 cucchiaini Baking powder
- 1/2 cucchiaini Salt
- 200 gr Grated cheese
- 120 ml Milk
- 120 gr Yogurt
- 1 nr Egg beaten
- 60 gr Butter melted
- qb Black pepper
- qb Paprika and grated cheese to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Butter and flour a muffin tin or line it with paper cups.
- In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Mix in the cheese and black pepper.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt with milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Add the liquid to the flour mixture.
- Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Sprinkle the top with paprika and grated cheese.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
