Instructions
- Thoroughly clean the zucchini flowers, removing the pistils.
- Beat the eggs well, then add the flour and cheese.

- Add a pinch of salt.
- Add the basil and finally the zucchini flowers, cut into strips.
- Heat the oil. Using a tablespoon, take some of the batter and immerse it in the hot oil.
- Turn the fritters after a few minutes.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on absorbent paper when golden.
