Ingredients

  • zucchini flowers
  • nr. 4 eggs
  • nr. 4 tablespoons 00 flour
  • cheese grated to your liking
  • basil
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • Thoroughly clean the zucchini flowers, removing the pistils.
  • Beat the eggs well, then add the flour and cheese.

  • Add a pinch of salt.
  • Add the basil and finally the zucchini flowers, cut into strips.
  • Heat the oil. Using a tablespoon, take some of the batter and immerse it in the hot oil.
  • Turn the fritters after a few minutes.
  • Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on absorbent paper when golden.

Clean the zucchini flowers well, removing the stamens.; Beat the eggs well, add the flour and the cheese. Add a pinch
of salt. Add the basil and finally the zucchini flowers, cut into strips.; Heat the oil. Using a spoon, take some batter and dip it into the oil. Turn the fritters after a few minutes.; Remove the fritters from the heat and place them on absorbent paper when golden.
