The seafood bavette or, if you prefer, seafood linguine represent one of the most famous dishes of Campanian cuisine. It is a quick first course often also called linguine allo scoglio or bavette allo scoglio.

Ingredients
- 300 gr Clams
- 250 gr Mussels
- 250 gr Sea Snails
- 100 gr Cannolicchi Pasta
- 1/3 cup White Wine dry
- 300 gr Pasta bavette
- 150 gr Tomatoes fresh
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pcs Chili Pepper fresh
- qb Oregano
- qb Parsley
Instructions
- Sauté in a large pan, in olive oil, the garlic and fresh chili, sliced but seedless, together with a large pinch of oregano.
- Add the already purged clams and mussels, then the sea snails, and finally the open cannolicchi at cold.
- Sprinkle everything with dry white wine, stir, then cover and cook for about 3 minutes, until all mollusks open completely.
- Add the cooked, al dente bavette when about 2 minutes remain of cooking
- Toss together with the sauce and sauté until cooked but still al dente.

- Finish with a spoonful of chopped parsley and, if desired, with chopped fresh tomato.

Notes
Alternatives to bavette can be spaghetti, which are very similar but round and not flattened.
