Ingredients

  • 300 gr Clams
  • 250 gr Mussels
  • 250 gr Sea Snails
  • 100 gr Cannolicchi Pasta
  • 1/3 cup White Wine dry
  • 300 gr Pasta bavette
  • 150 gr Tomatoes fresh
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 pcs Chili Pepper fresh
  • qb Oregano
  • qb Parsley

Instructions

  • Sauté in a large pan, in olive oil, the garlic and fresh chili, sliced but seedless, together with a large pinch of oregano.
  • Add the already purged clams and mussels, then the sea snails, and finally the open cannolicchi at cold.
  • Sprinkle everything with dry white wine, stir, then cover and cook for about 3 minutes, until all mollusks open completely.
  • Add the cooked, al dente bavette when about 2 minutes remain of cooking
  • Toss together with the sauce and sauté until cooked but still al dente.

  • Finish with a spoonful of chopped parsley and, if desired, with chopped fresh tomato.

Notes

Alternatives to bavette can be spaghetti, which are very similar but round and not flattened.
