Equipment

  • Air fryer 8 -liter air fryer to prepare these muffins, however, you can use a small air fryer, you will just have to make them in multiple lots.
  • Muffin mold Silicone muffin lining holds really well in the air fryer, because they are studied and do not swell.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups Flour For all uses or normal flour
  • 2 cups Blueberries they are also good also frozen if you don't have fresh ones
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 spoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 no Yeast for cakes
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 3 no eggs
  • 1 spoon sugar to decorate

Variant

  • to taste Chocolate chips
  • to taste walnuts
  • to taste Cinnamon

instructions

Bang the dry ingredients together

  • Mix the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour in a large bowl.
    1 3/4 cup Sugar,1/2 tablespoon Salt,1/2 teaspoons baking soda,1 no. baking powder,3/4 cups Flour

Mix the wet ingredients and melted butter

  • Dissolve the butter and mix with the milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
    1/2 cup Butter,1/2 cup Milk,3 eggs,3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Prepare the batter

  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients in the wet mixture to form a smooth batter.

Stir in the blueberries

  • Once the batter is formed, fold in 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.
    2 cups Blueberries

Fill the cupcake cups

  • Collect the pastel in the jumbo muffin lining and fill 2/3 of the line.

Garnish with blueberries

  • Incorporate the batter to some berries dissolved by the remaining berries. Press slightly in the batter.

Sprinkle with sugar

  • Sprinkle the batter with a pinch of sugar to decorate.
    1 tablespoon Sugar

Fry the muffins in the air fryer

  • Put the muffins in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 170 ° C for 8 minutes, then lower the flame to 150 ° for 17 minutes. Make sure the muffins are completely cooked using a perforated toothpick in the center of the muffin. If the toothpick has a raw batter when it is removed, continue to cook 1 minute at a time until complete.

Cool the muffins

  • Leave the muffins to cool on a grid before removing them from baking cups.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick to check if the muffins are cooked. If it comes out clean they are ready.
  • You can use fresh or frozen blueberries for this recipe.
  • Make sure not to fill the silicone muffin baking cups too much.
  • If you don't have sugar to decorate, you can use transparent tails or normal granulated sugar.
  • Change the flavor using the almond extract instead of vanilla.
  • These muffins can be kept in an airtight container for a maximum of 3 days.
  • This recipe is excellent with raspberries, strawberries or more instead of blueberries.
  • You can freeze these muffins. Just make sure to let them cool completely before putting them in an airtight container or in a freezer bag and freezing them for a maximum of 3 months.

    Buongiorno,
    negli ingredienti mancano le dosi.
    Nella spiegazione: Friggere i muffin nella friggitrice ad aria, c’è scritto di cuocere a 170°C per 8 minuti, e poi “abbassare” a 250° per 17 minuti.
