  • Large saucepan with lid
  • Small saucepan (per tenere caldo il brodo)
  • Wooden spoon
  • Serving bowl (per servire o mantecare)
  • Grater (per il formaggio)
  • Ladle

Ingredients

  • 300 gr rice
  • 40 gr butter
  • 1 no onion
  • 1 bunch bunch cumin herb
  • 1 liter meat broth
  • 2 dl white wine
  • 2 spoons Asiago cheese grated
  • to taste salt

instructions

  • Bring the meat broth to a boil.
  • Whip and wash the cumin grass. Chop it.
  • Peel the onion, slice it thinly and brown it with 20 grams of butter for about 4 minutes often mixing so as not to burn it.
  • Add the cumin grass and wet everything with wine and a little broth.
  • Let it cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the rice and mix everything with the addition of the broth until cooking.
  • Add the salt, cheese and the rest of the butter.
  • Wait a couple of minutes and serve at the table.
