  • 500 gr Potatoes
  • 4 cucchiai Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 1 nr Onion large
  • 5 cucchiai Broth also from stock cube
  • qb Parsley
  • qb Salt

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into wedges.
  • Clean the parsley and wash it. Then dry and finely chop it.
  • Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
  • Put the oil in a pan and sweat the onion.
  • Add the potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
  • Add broth gradually, stirring with a wooden spoon, and cook until tender.
