Ingredients

- 4 nr beetroots precooked or fresh

- a few drops of balsamic vinegar
- q.b. oil extra virgin olive oil
- q.b. salt
Instructions
- Cut the beets into wedges after peeling.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet with anise, cinnamon, cardamom, oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, slice the chicken breast.
- Heat in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt to lightly brown the slices.
- Add the slices to the baking sheet with the beets and continue cooking in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
- When serving, drizzle with a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
