Instructions
Mix dry ingredients

Combine wet ingredients and melted butter

Prepare batter
Fold in blueberries
- Once batter is ready, fold in 1 1/2 cups of blueberries.2 tazze Blueberries
Fill muffin cups
- Fill jumbo muffin liners with batter, about 2/3 full.
Top with blueberries
- Incorporate batter with some loose berries remaining. Gently press into batter.
Add sugar decoration
- Sprinkle a little sugar on top for decoration.1 cucchiaio Sugar
Cook muffins in air fryer
- Put muffins in the air fryer basket and cook at 170°C for 8 minutes, then lower the temperature to 150°C for 17 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center. If the toothpick comes out with raw batter, cook for 1 more minute at a time until fully cooked.
Cool muffins
- Let muffins cool on a wire rack before removing from liners.
