Ingredients

  • 500 gr Type 0 flour
  • 50 gr Sugar
  • q.b. Powdered sugar
  • 3 nr Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Grappa
  • Lemon flavoring or vanilla
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 nr Eggs beaten with a little milk
  • 4 gr Extra virgin olive oil or 50 g. melted butter

Instructions

  • Shape a well with the flour, add the ingredients and knead like pasta.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 mm.
  • Shape the chips with a wheel or cookie cutters.
  • Brush with egg and milk.
  • Bake in a oven at 210 degrees for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool down and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
