Per l’impasto

  • 150 gr burro morbido
  • 150 gr nocciole finemente macinate
  • 120 gr zucchero a velo
  • 70 gr cacao amaro in polvere
  • 1 nr uovo

Per la glassa

  • 150 gr zucchero a velo
  • 2 cucchiaini succo di limone

Instructions

  • Metti in una ciotola burro morbido, nocciole macinate, zucchero a velo, cacao e uovo.
  • Lavora velocemente fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
  • Avvolgi l’impasto nella pellicola e fallo riposare in frigorifero per circa 2 ore.
  • Riprendi l’impasto e stendilo a uno spessore di 3–4 mm.
  • Con uno stampino ricava tante stelle e disponile su una teglia rivestita di carta forno.
  • Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 7–10 minuti.
  • Lascia raffreddare completamente i biscotti sulla teglia.
  • Prepara la glassa mescolando lo zucchero a velo con il succo di limone.
  • Glassali quando sono freddi e lasciali asciugare prima di servirli.
