A dish with quick cooking and simple preparation. Venetian cuisine offers us Ampezzo-style gnocchi with potatoes, a tasty one-dish meal. The cooking time is only 5 minutes while the preparation time is 25 minutes, mainly related to cooking the potatoes, for a total of 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 gr Type 0 flour
- 6 nr Potatoes
- 2 nr Eggs
- qb Milk
- 100 gr Butter
- 6 cucchiai Grana cheese grated
- 6 cucchiai Breadcrumbs
- qb Salt
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes. Then peel and thinly slice them.
- In a bowl, sift the flour. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt, and the milk. Work the mixture to form a soft, lump-free dough.
- Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture and boil for about 5 minutes.
- Once the gnocchi are floating, add the potatoes.
- After just one minute, drain everything and place on a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the dish with breadcrumbs, Grana cheese, and melted butter. Serve while hot.
