Ingredients
- 8 nr Cannelloni with egg
- 300 gr Ricotta
- 300 gr Spinach boiled and chopped
- 50 gr Cooked Ham diced
- qb Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 300 gr Bechamel
- qb Parsley
- qb Nutmeg
- qb Butter
- qb Salt
- qb Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the spinach for 10 minutes with a knob of butter and a bit of salt.
- Mix the ricotta, 2 tablespoons of Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper into the spinach.
- Fill the cannelloni with the mixture and place them in a baking dish, cover with béchamel, add ham, and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
