This recipe is very simple and includes two ingredients that blend well together: pasta (preferably ditalini) and broccoletti. A dish from Sicilian cuisine that we can cook quickly. Let’s see how.

Ingredients
- 320 gr Pasta ditalini
- 500 gr Broccoletti
- 4 cucchiai Olive Oil
- 50 gr Olives black
- 1 nr Onion
- qb Parsley
- 4 nr Anchovy fillets
- 100 gr Caciocavallo
- 2 dl White wine dry
- qb Salt
- qb Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and pluck the broccoletti. Divide into small florets.

- Slice the onion thinly.
- Slice the caciocavallo.

- In a saucepan, sauté the onion with olive oil.

- Add the broccoletti and parsley.
- After a few minutes, add the olives and anchovies cut into pieces.
- Add the white wine, salt, and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
- Five minutes before the end of cooking, add the caciocavallo.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta.
- Once cooked, transfer the pasta to a serving dish and add the broccoletti and the rest cooked separately.
- Tip: Toss the pasta and broccoletti together for a few minutes in the pan where you cooked the broccoletti.
Notes
Alternatively, instead of caciocavallo, you can use salted capers to add a fresh flavor.
