  • 350 gr pasta ditalini
  • 500 gr broccoletti
  • 50 gr olive nere
  • 1 nr cipolla
  • 4 cucchiai olio d’oliva
  • ½ cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato
  • 100 gr caciocavallo
  • 4 filetti acciughe
  • 2 dl vino bianco secco
  • q.b. sale e pepe

Instructions

  • Mondate e lavate i broccoletti, divideteli in cimette e lessateli brevemente in acqua salata.
  • In una casseruola fate appassire la cipolla affettata con olio d’oliva. Aggiungete il prezzemolo, le acciughe e le olive.
