  • 1 cooking spoon Cream for cooking
  • 1 none shallot

  • 600 g Cheese Piave DOP Vecchio Selezione Oro

ARTICHOKE CREAM

  • Clean and finely chop the artichokes.

  • In a pan, sauté the shallot in hot oil.

PLATING

  • Serve the grilled Piave slice with artichoke cream.
