- 600 g Cheese Piave DOP Vecchio Selezione Oro

ARTICHOKE CREAM
- Clean and finely chop the artichokes.4 none artichokes
- In a pan, sauté the shallot in hot oil.1 none shallot, as needed Oil
- Add the artichokes and season with salt and pepper.as needed salt, as needed pepper, 4 none artichokes
- Continue by adding cream and stir.1 cooking spoon Cream
- Transfer the artichokes to a blender and blend until you get a cream.
PIAVE
- Cut the Piave DOP Vecchio Selezione Oro cheese into slices about 1.5/2 cm thick.600 g Cheese

- Place it on the hot grill and cook on both sides.
PLATING
- Serve the grilled Piave slice with artichoke cream.
