Ingredients
- 500 gr Potatoes
- 4 cucchiai Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 nr Onion large
- 5 cucchiai Broth also from stock cube
- qb Parsley
- qb Salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into wedges.
- Clean the parsley and wash it. Then dry and finely chop it.
- Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
- Put the oil in a pan and sweat the onion.
- Add the potatoes and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add broth gradually, stirring with a wooden spoon, and cook until tender.
- Just before turning off the heat, sprinkle with parsley and season with salt.
