- Immersion blender or Hand blender
Ingredients
- 320 gr Pasta spaghetti
- 200 gr Toma Piemontese
- 30 gr Butter
- qb Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the green sauce and mix them together with a whisk.
- Cook the spaghetti in a pot with plenty of salted water until done.
- Make the butter melt in a double boiler and add the diced Toma. Mix well.
- Drain the spaghetti and transfer to a serving bowl with butter and Toma, then mix quickly.
- Add the green sauce and stir well. Serve the spaghetti while still hot.
