Ingredients

  • 320 gr Pasta spaghetti
  • 200 gr Toma Piemontese
  • 30 gr Butter
  • qb Salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the green sauce and mix them together with a whisk.
  • Cook the spaghetti in a pot with plenty of salted water until done.
  • Make the butter melt in a double boiler and add the diced Toma. Mix well.
  • Drain the spaghetti and transfer to a serving bowl with butter and Toma, then mix quickly.
  • Add the green sauce and stir well. Serve the spaghetti while still hot.
